Asado Argentino · Tampa Bay · Est. 2009

Old World Flavors.
New World Fire.

Italy and Spain, by way of Argentina. Wood-fired steaks over quebracho embers, hand-folded empanadas, and three generations of family cooking — now at three tables across Tampa Bay.

Meet Your Host

Press play. Our asador welcomes you personally — and points you to whichever of our three dining rooms is closest to your table tonight. Same fire. Same family. Three addresses.

Since 2009 · A Family Story

“Their kitchens became our first schoolrooms. No recipes were ever written down — only meals shared, and hands taught.”

Our grandparents left Spain and Italy for Argentina, met there, and settled in Uruguay. What they carried with them wasn't luggage — it was technique. Low heat. Patient time. The honest smoke of quebracho hardwood. Knowledge passed hand to hand, table to table, never written, always cooked.

Renzo's is that inheritance, planted in Tampa Bay. We call ourselves archaeologists: we dig into where a dish comes from and what it means — then we stay open to what Florida's New World ingredients want to add to the conversation.

No shortcuts. No pretension. The finest ingredients, time-tested technique, and respect — for what's on the plate and for who's at the table. When cooking at home isn't in the cards, our kitchen is your kitchen.

What began as one dining room in Carrollwood is now three: our original home, a purpose-built asador on Howard Avenue in SoHo, and our flagship grill in downtown St. Petersburg. One family. One fire. Three tables.

Under the Hood — Why This Site Works

One Website. Three Locations.
Zero SEO Snake Oil.

Nobody needs three websites — and nobody needs a monthly "get ranked on Google" retainer. A restaurant needs exactly four things, and they're all built into this single page:

✓ Built in

Per-Location Structured Data

Each dining room is declared to Google as its own Restaurant entity — address, phone, hours, cuisine, map pin and reservation link — in schema.org JSON-LD. That's the language Google Maps and Search actually read. No agency required.

✓ Built in

NAP Consistency

Name, Address, Phone rendered identically in the page, the footer and the structured data. This single consistency signal outweighs most of what's sold as "local SEO."

✓ Built in

Direct Action Paths

Tap-to-call numbers, one-tap directions to each address, and live reservation links (SevenRooms / OpenTable). Every visitor is one tap from a table — the only conversion a restaurant needs.

✓ To claim

Google Business Profile

The one thing money can't skip: claim the free Google Business Profile for each of the three addresses and point them at this page. The schema above is already formatted to match. Total cost: $0.
